Geometry Rotations Scavenger Hunt Activity

Are you in need of an activity for just Geometry Rotations? This scavenger hunt will help students gain deeper understanding of rotations through a variety of thought-provoking questions. See below for detailed directions!

• Scavenger Hunt (12 questions sheets)
• Student tracking sheet / worksheet

✨How This Activity Works✨

1. Print one set of questions with one copy of the tracking worksheet per student.
2. Cut and tape the questions around your classroom.
3. Each student, or group of students (I typically have students do them in groups of 2 or 3) will start at a different poster.
4. Students will solve the rotations problem. The answer to that question will lead them to the next question.
5. Repeat this cycle until students return to their first problem.
